Provider: PT Kampio Ventura Indonesia, a company established under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, with its registered address at District 8, Treasury Tower Lt. 6 Unit F, Jl. Jend. Sudirman Kav. 52-53, SCBD Lot 28, Senayan, Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta, DKI Jakarta (Strago, we, us, our).
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Strago mobile application, website, and related services, including video hosting, player profiles, team management, and performance analytics (collectively, the Services).
By downloading, creating an account, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Definitions
Account means a registered account that enables access to the Services.
Admin Account means an account created and managed by an organization.
Coach means a user acting as a coach, analyst, manager, or staff.
Player means a user who is an athlete, including Minors.
Minor means a person under the age of 18.
Organization means an SSB, school, club, academy, league operator, or similar entity.
User means any person who accesses or uses the Services.
User Content means content submitted by users (videos, photos, player data, etc.).
Strago Content means all platform content, software, analytics, and materials provided by Strago.
Subscription means a paid plan (weekly, monthly, yearly).
2. Eligibility, Minors, and Parental/Guardian Consent
2.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an Account unless you have verifiable parental or guardian consent.
2.2 Use Involving Minors
Parent/Guardian consent is required for creating and managing a Minor's profile.
Authorized Uploaders must obtain all required permissions before uploading content involving Minors.
Strago may restrict, remove, or limit content involving Minors for safety or compliance.
2.3 Prohibited Content Involving Minors
Any sexual, exploitative, or abusive content involving Minors is strictly prohibited and may be reported to authorities.
3. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after updates means acceptance of the revised Terms.
4. Accounts, Roles, and Security
4.1 Account Roles
The Services may include Organization Admin, Coach, Player, and Parent/Guardian roles.
4.2 Account Responsibility
You are responsible for activity under your Account and must maintain credential confidentiality.

Create and manage team accounts
Invite users
Upload or manage User Content
Maintain required consents
5. License to Use the Services
Strago grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services.
6. Acceptable Use and Restrictions
No copying, reselling, or commercial exploitation
No reverse engineering
No scraping or automated abuse
No security bypassing
No malware uploads
No illegal or harmful content
No privacy law violations
No intellectual property infringement
7. User Content and License
7.1 Ownership
You retain ownership of your User Content.
7.2 License to Strago
You grant Strago a worldwide, royalty-free license to operate, analyze, and improve the Services.
7.3 Sharing Controls
You are responsible for selecting appropriate visibility settings.
7.4 Aggregated Data
Strago may use aggregated or de-identified data for product improvement and research.
8. Player Profiles and Verification
Information must be accurate. Impersonation is prohibited.
9. Subscriptions, Billing, and Refunds
Subscriptions may auto-renew
You can cancel before renewal
Fees are non-refundable unless required by law
App Store and Google Play purchases follow their policies
10. Intellectual Property
All Strago Content is protected by intellectual property laws.
11. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use is governed by the Privacy Policy.
12. Third-Party Services
Strago is not responsible for third-party services integrated with the platform.
13. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
14. Limitation of Liability
Strago’s total liability will not exceed the amount paid in the 12 months prior to the claim or IDR 1,500,000, whichever is greater.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Strago from claims arising from your use or content.
16. Suspension and Termination
Strago may suspend or terminate access for violations or legal compliance.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes fall under Jakarta courts.

No assignment without consent
